Do these need to be in the frig since the frosting is cream cheese?

    • Lidia Simic says

Hi Traci, The cookies themselves, once baked, are fine at room temperature or in the fridge. Probably a day or so at room temperature, but they can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Enjoy and have a wonderful holiday season!

Can you put the cookie dough in the fridge or freezer? or will that mess them up?

    Reply

    • Lidia Simic says

Hi Kennedy, yes, It would probably be too firm but you might be able to then just let it rest at room temperature for a while. Have a wonderful Christmas season!

My mix came out a little too wet I think are they supposed to be chilled before baking or should I add more flour to the mix?

    • Lidia Simic says

Hi Travia, My best guess is that your butter was melted and not soft. I’m not sure that I can give you something that you could do to fix it, because if you add more flour it will affect the taste.
