  • 12ouncestilapia fillets, or otherwhite fish (2 filets-6 ounces each)
  • 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
  • kosher saltorsea salt, to taste
  • 1/2teaspoonlemon pepper seasoning
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2teaspoononion powder, optional
  • fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 360° F for 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets. Spray orcoat with olive oil spray and season with garlic powder, lemon pepper, and/oronion powder, salt, and pepper. Repeat for both sides.
  3. Layperforated air fryer bakingpaperinside the base of the air fryer. Lightly spray the paper. (if notusing a liner, spray enough olive oil spray at the base of the air fryer basketto make sure fish does not stick)
  4. Lay the fish on top of the paper. Add a fewlemon wedges next to fish.
  5. Air Fry at 360°F for about 6-12 minutes, oruntil fish can be flaked with a fork. Thicker fillets will take longer to cook.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warmwith the toasted lemon wedges.

Note: Theperforated baking paper prevents the fish from sticking to the air fryer.

  3. In a small shallow bowl, whisk together themayo, mustard, and water. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the porkrinds and Cajun seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Both the pork rindsand seasoning could have a fair bit of salt so dip a finger in to taste howsalty it is.
  4. Working with one piece of fish at a time, dip itinto the mayo mixture to coat. Tap off the excess. Then, dip it into the porkrind mixture and toss to coat. Place on the air fryer rack.
  5. Set to Air Fry at 400o F and bake 5minutes. Then, flip the fish sticks with tongs and bake another 5 minutes.Serve immediately.
